not speaking on behalf of tekron but my knowledge on cappers is that BOA will use their holdings to cap the stock so that they can accumulate more, for example's sake, i guess it's along the lines of sacrafice 20m shares @ .045 to somehow accumulate 25m shares @ .045, if they don't do it then there is a chance the stock will run away from them
It was happening with PEN when it was .03/.035, we used to watch the big sell orders being put in place above the asking price to discourage buying, not just a theory, it was very obvious back when PEN was a leper stock lol
they would mysteriously disappear at the end of the day or re-positioned etc Look at PEN now and we can only hope for the same with SBL.
To my thinking it is always a good sign if they start doing it as more than likely speaks well of the fundamentals.
