IMO this is a distraction and will not affect anything materially, although to be honest I'm not sure how a group of small investors are going to offer anything tangible in terms of this company's objectives. Just more politics in my opinion.

One goal: complete Phase IIb, prove unequivolcally the powerful intrinsic efficicacy, determine optimum dosing, and get a deal from a suitable financed org to get it into production.

Let's await news tomorrow. My bet is 5Mill at 20c to sophisticateds. Share price will drop for a short time until market ralises game is back on and then trades according to market view of Phase IIb success. Could be back at 80s within a few months IMO.
