Lim Keong Hui is deemed interested in the Linc Energy Ltd shares in which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd as trustee of a discretionary trust is deemed interested in on account of him being a beneficiary of the discretionary trust.
Parkview Management Sdn Bhd as trustee of the discretionary trust owns 100% of the voting capital of Kien Huat International Limited which in turn owns 100% of the voting capital of Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad.
As such, Parkview Management Sdn Bhd as trustee of the discretionary trust is deemed interested in the Linc Energy Ltd shares held by Genting Strategic Investments (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genting Berhad in which Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad controls more than 20% of the voting share capital.
