Dan the holder has the right to convert at any time but Linc has a few days to settle in cash or with shares. So long as they don't need the cash for operations or development they can settle with cash instead of shares. Today they might be challenged to raise 200m with a week notice but depending on oil production and Umiat flow test might change soon.
