The question of the Credit Suisse client and the TI6 shares remains open IMO.

I have not seen a Roman Abramovich Form 3 for his declared interest in CS shares. Has any form 3 been submitted in respect of any of the Credit Suisse holding at this stage?

I think a takeover offer could be a boost for holders particularly if it comes after any nice Arckaringa & Umiat results. Of Course the Lim objective may simply be 30% holding at cheap price, who knows?
