Correction! - the bond conversion price would be arithmetic average of the volume weighted average price of Shares traded on the ASX for each day during the 20 consecutive trading days ended on 15 November 2013, translated into Singapore dollar at the prevailing rate on the Listing Date multiplied by 1.35. Conversion would cost therefore something north of about $2 SGD right now.

HOWEVER on 10 April 2014 under the terms and conditions of the bonds the conversion price will apparently reset -
It will reset to the volume weighted average share price of the prior 10 consecutive trading days on SGX.... Adjustments are only done if the price of conversion is cheaper. So lets see where the SP is at in April.

If SP is still $1.50SGD then that will be the new conversion price for the convertible bonds. Lets hope it is well north of $2 SGD by April post Anns.

hundreds of pages on the bonds so possiible i missed/misunderstood something... appreciate others critical eye on the numbers
