Basically, they would NOT have taken that info from HC or any other social media and represented it on THEIR own letterhead if there was no substance to it.
The litigation alone would cost them more than any of us could imagine, (but probably just the interest off FARJOYS investment)
SO i do believe their is a TERRIFIC result to be announced soon.
