I think you're misunderstanding my post, I'm agreeing exactly with what you are saying. I was merely saying that if FARJOYs statement had been baseless hyperbole then endorsing it by way or releasing a public statement could be seen as market manipulation. I however believe that FARJOY are spot on and FARs press release today has strengthened that view based on the repercussions if it was just conjecture.
