this has to do with the part sale of the business in 2020. its only just settling now. im taking a punt that we may see substantial holder reduction in the coming days because of transfer to KKR. but yes there is as accumulation also, of what i think is a undervalued stock. the low sp is by design though, shorting to load up on the cheap, this could be by both parties to business sale/acquisition the transferor and transferee. just need to br patient till target holdings are met. happy to be corrected
