Dont underestimate PWT as it now stands its not just about how many shares on issue. Least there will be plenty of price movement and with upcoming events I believe more upside than down. Now that capital raising is over and was successful with price holding up throughout, the prospect of merger or takeover given the extensive assets PWT have (from a time when money was no object) is close. Buying at around current levels .46c or below on any early price weekness from new issue looks good and I will be adding as it should start to rise by middle of next week.
