based on the last 2 acquisitions where BTA shares where issued in exchange for purchase, it is more than likely BTA will declare a mid-year interim dividend. This will make futher acquisition with BTA shares much more attractive both for the company sellers and for us as shareholders (sellers take part of the risk).
I was quite surprised with how BTA acquired these 2 companies... given my dim view of mgt I would had thought they'd waste good cold hard cash. At least a start in good mgt positives ( an interim div nexct lets hope :-) ), even though we will have to wait and see whether the science holds up.
