Your right about wanting it all. I see friends struggling in huge amounts of debt, they have fancy homes and two new cars maybe a motorbike or boat and no money or enjoyment.
I drive a beat up old ute and bought a cheap but comfortable house. I need wealth creating toys not shiny things that just devalue.
