still remarkably no ceasing to become substantial notices.
were have these guys been getting stock???

15 million shares surely has to make a dent in someones holdings?

we now have

UBS 7.35% of stock
NAB 6.165% of stock
PPT 8.26% of stock
Kinetic Investments 5.13% of stock

26.905% of all available stock been accumulated by these 4 entities in the past 11 months with out 1 ceasing to be a substantial notice or 1 reduction in substantial holding.

if this really is the case, corporate activity seems to be a matter of when not if with RFE.
