really like your thinking and analysis....and im of a similar view, but a little more cautious....if you don't mind can I just ask a few questions on how you get to some of your numbers....
- Q1 sales orders I assume are stronger than Q2 as they have the benefit of July sales period, therefore do you think the 1H sales can sustain the 12% run-rate?
- roughly how are you getting to the c.$5.65m for the 3 stores opened boxing day Dec 2017?
- also regarding that amount, wouldn't the revenue be recognised in 2H18, so therefore be included that base?
- what do you mean by switching behaviour from new stores?
- have you considered any negative effect on sales from housing downturn and/or availability of credit?
