So in terms of getting water into ponds we are needing the Groundwater Plan approved. From reading the document I note the following
- first submitted in August 2022 to the Department.
- Has been though a peer review which is one of the conditions.
- now reflects optimised plan
- had some delay due to difficulty drilling in intertidal area - had to wait till external walls built to allow machinery access to create special drill pads - Now its been resubmitted to the department so ball back in public servants court.
Hope BCI have let them know a preference to approve this one first and that they dont treat it all as one big approvals process and dont approve it till the optimized gets approved.
