    Bed 8.30, read for 30 min ( a book is my sleeping Tab ) up at 5am and at the gym at 6.. Mon to Frid.

    but, I have developed a bad habit of waking at 1am , if I stay awake then as I do sometimes it ruins my day , so I get up and take half a sleeping pill and drop off again about 2am ? I don't drink tea or coffee after 2pm and we usually eat dinner early 5.30pm . I'm 74.
