    All hinges on China, other than that BEE have never made money, in fact continual large losses.

    Foster's and Lion Nathan withdrew from the Chinese market a few years ago, and for good reason.

    As for the "cough" partner, it will no doubt be a classic case of 'getting Shanghaied'

    Look that up!

    Anything over 1c is too high IMO.
