The val is ridiculous on the fundamentals:
Trends (declined significantly last results)
Personnel experience and results in beer (overseen 5 years of poor results)
Committed business (the distribution deal in China has no promises, and huge brewers like CUB & Lion didn't get anywhere with much bigger resource, ended up cutting and running)

This making GRB look ridiculously cheap and just look how they've gone for the last 5 years!
