the topic is not I bought a heap properties and I am rich so I am a superior human being to all you renters out there.

can't you see that.

I have therefore made a number of great contributions to this topic which I am completely happy with

a) I discussed a comment in the original article at the top of the thread
b) I cut and pasted the abc radio news item on the beechwood bust which was very informative
c) and I cut and pasted another article on the affect of the beechwood bust on other home builders eg Mirvac


all are on topic and of substance as far as I can see.

we are talking about a home builder that went bust arent we?

But I guess what is "substance" and not substance is a matter of where you are coming from.

If you want to talk about how many properties you own and how much the price has gone up then I guess my contribution has no substance.
