You hold a particular point of view which you are quite entitled to.
Your cut and pastes are in support of that view.
When I revert to my experience it is only to point out that your inference is not supported by the facts.
Beechwood goes bust, number of houses for sale in Perth or real estate prices in USA, UK or Timbutoo has little to do with property as a long term investment.
I really don’t think property prices are about to crash or fall anything like 50%.
They may stagnate or even fall 5 or 10% in some areas but then its onwards and upwards.
At least for some.
