and cooked till blue or very rare
and for those that are thinking
yuk look at all that fat
yes your correct but very very wrong
because the fat on Wagyu has a far lower melting point and your average beef cow
and as a result melts away at low heat
and there is no beef fat taste at all
the taste is rather like butter
and the beef is almost like eating soft butter
the first mouth full you will think
this is impossible
beef cannot be this tender and so full of flavour
we serve ours with a salad and a small dish of Wasibi
as the Wasibi is just so perfect with Wagyu
