finally got around to cooking the beef heart..
diced the beefheart - along with diced tomatoes and onions and mixed in teriyaki paste as well as pickled onions .
cooked in the sun (temperature was about 75C) for 5 hours - stirring occasionally.
the meat was tender and tasty .
if watso sees the product at a good rtc price again - then watso will not be shy to buy it .
cooked half yesterday - so will cook the other half today
