Roast beef:
2 kg beef roast.
Cut 40 mm slit in beef.
Fill with the following:
2 tablespoons smoked sea salt.
1 dessert spoon ground black pepper.
½ dozen cloves pressed garlic.
Place in a roasting pan:
2 sprigs rosemary.
2 springs thyme.
1 sliced onion.
Glaze with following:
1 teaspoon mustard.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 tablespoons worcester.
¼ cup butter.
½ cup beef stock.
½ cup masala wine.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber with the lid on until if reaches 55 c.
Also barbecue root vegetables.
