¼ cup Worcestershire sauce.
¼ cup chopped basil.
¼ cup chopped parsley.
¼ dozen cloves pressed garlic.
2 tablespoons distilled vinegar.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
½ teaspoon pepper.
½ teaspoon smoked tobacco sauce.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber with some wet wood chips with the lid closed until it reaches 55 c +
Also barbecue some root vegetables in a pan.
