In bowl combine the following:
3 ripe diced peaches grilled if desired.
3 diced tomatoes.
½ diced red onion.
1 jalapeño seeds removed if too hot.
2 cloves pressed garlic.
½ cup chopped cilantro.
Juice of 2 limes.
1 tablespoon adobo sauce or smoke tobacco sauce.
Salt or soy.
