Thai pork:
Marinade the following:
500 gm pork loin cut into 2 mm slice and then 12 mm squares.
¼ cup coconut milk, plus extra for basting.
¼ dozen pressed garlic cloves.
3 pressed coriander roots.
2 tablespoons sake.
2 tablespoons brown sugar honey or maple syrup.
2 tablespoons fish sauce.
2 teaspoons black soy sauce.
½ teaspoon coriander seeds.
½ teaspoon pepper.
