5 boneless chicken breast or 6 boneless chicken thighs marinated in the following:
2 pressed garlic cloves.
1 tablespoon pressed ginger.
1/3 cup soy sauce.
1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
1/3 cup water.
3 tablespoons sake.
¼ cup brown sugar.
1 tablespoon distilled vinegar or rice wine vinegar.
1 tablespoons cornstarch.
Skew.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber.
