Ribs:
Marinate 1 kg of pork ribs in the following for an hour or more:
1 kg or more of pork ribs.
½ cup hoisin sauce.
¼ cup soy sauce.
4 tablespoons brown sugar.
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
¼ dozen cloves pressed garlic.
1 dessert spoon five-spice powder.
1½ teaspoon pressed ginger.
½ dozen splashes of liquid smoke.
¼ dozen splashes rice wine.
¼ dozen splashes xo sauce.
Bake at 200 c in a fan oven or barbecue to your liking on the charcoal webber also with some wet wood chips
for at least ¼ hour.
