150 ml honey.
1.5 tablespoons sherry vinegar.
1 tablespoon oil.
1½ teaspoons Chinese five-spice powder.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber with ½ cup wet wood chips.
Dipping sauce made by combining the following:
200 ml water.
100 ml soy sauce,
100 ml sweet soy sauce,
100 ml cider or distilled vinegar.
Thicken slightly with eta bbq sauce.
