Ribs:
Mix in a jar the following:
1 tablespoon ground cumin.
1 tablespoon chili powder.
1 tablespoon paprika.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly coat the following:
1.5 kg baby back pork ribs.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber.
Coat with 1 cup barbeque sauce before serving and continue to barbecue for awhile.
