In the 2nd table of the above article, you can see various beef prices are about a few percentage lower than last year's in the US$ terms (but the corn prices are much higher).
As the AUST$ - US$ exchange rate now is about 17% higher than a year ago (jumped from ~US$0.82 to ~US$0.96), so the beef prices are still ~20% lower than last year in AUST$ terms.
