Chinese sausage stir fry:
In a hot wok moderately lightly stir fry the following:
1 onion cut into quarter and sliced.
1.5 sticks celery sliced.
4 sliced Chinese sausages.
2 cloves press garlic.
25 mm pressed ginger.
Finish with the following:
1.5 tablespoon stir fried sauce.
1 tablespoon rice wine.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
1 teaspoon sesame oil.
1 teaspoon xo sauce.
Finish off with ¾ cup of water and little corn flour.
