"You're going to be paying a lot more for your T-bones down the track," says Les Wozniczka, whose company owns 43 per cent of the world's largest cattle firm, Australian Agricultural, whose 500,000 head graze an area the size of Ireland.
"We are going to be in for a sustained period of cattle price and beef inflation," says Wozniczka, the chief executive of rural services group Futuris.
