    Yep, just like the French company Total, the UK's Leni Gas, Spain's Repsol and our own Petro Australis are doing in Cuba. Doubt that the Russian Navy will need Melbana's oil, given that Russia produces 11.3 million bpd while consuming only 3.6 million bpd of this domestically. So just who is not going to "allow" MAY to supply oil to Cuba?
