Hi Spitfire, wow you know your stuff thx for your reply. My instinct post (as you pointed out i have no drilling knowledge, my post was not pointed towards bad drilling practice and i certainly agree the oil is down there but it was pointed towards can Sheritt be successful in getting it out) was more from Sheritt actually being the potential farm-in partner for block 9 at the start of the year. I assumed if Sheritt was successful with block 10 at the start of the year they would've followed on with block 9. But as MrMoshe pointed out in his last post it has cost 14 million for Sheritt to finish this drill. I still certainly think the majors that would be either Sheritt or someone else would very much want to know the result of Block 10 before they commit to farm-in into Block 9. I don't know what Sheritt's budget for drilling Block 10 was but i assume it has gone pear shaped. DYOR
