I'd suggest the low share price is a combination of

Sentiment towards the entire market at the moment, particularly unprofitable, cash burning tech companies.

Lack of clear financial statements (they provide pro forma in their prospectus).

Low gross margins of ~45% reported in their prospectus. A company like this that appears to have no hardware costs should have gross margins in the 70-80% range. I've asked management to comment on this and am awaiting their response.

Significantly declining revenue over the past 3 years.

So essentially the risk. Personally, I hope this doesn't pump on anymore fluffy Amazon or NVIDIA announcements as I think there could be a real business here. Just need to see evidence of this in the financials.
