An alternative "fact" could simply be that some investors have read the Hartley report and are buying shares on market.
Or that investors are aware of the upcoming Beehive decision deadline.
Or that some believe the MEL acquisition may be positive, and may actually come off.
All of which have been publicly aired numerous times.
More obvious, and perhaps less interesting than questions about whether "something is going on" or "the fact that they are playing with the share price" - but perhaps more credible?
