I agree with you, the current price gone up quite a bit, it has been a bit of bullish run of late, this may be a pump and dump.or this is may continue further. i dont know, think , But if you believe vul and its future through your DD, use dumping moment for your advantage as long as the initial fundermentals are intact that you decided to invest in this first place. There is a saying buy slow, one advantage is way you can mitigate the risk but main disadvantage if price gone up, then you will be averaging up. Imo only
