Any stock with low volume like VUL can jump up or down 10% in a day. It's not necessarily nefarious. As for a takeover, well... we don't exactly have anything that can be taken over! I mean, who is going to buy unproven / untested technology? I'm in VUL for long term, but we really need to progress past more than just a bench test and catchy trademarked name before anything serious is going to happen with the share price.
