They are probably still counting diamonds...Looking at the time between the last two anns so we might still have a few weeks on that front.... India might take some time still... Governments milling over which company can do the JV might take some time to warm up their rubber stamps... I'd prefer to see CFR take on a paid advisory role in india more so than a JV... A bit of cash to keep the diamond hunt in progress would be a good thing.
