    I assume CFO= Controlling Female Officer.

    Noteholders deal, I think is a done deal. Harmony own enough, or near enough, to get it through. Some won't vote, so it's pretty much a done deal. I'll certainly be voting my small holding as a "Yes". Actually, I'd be OK with extending another couple of years....
