if TOE were a racehorse, stewards would be holding an inquiry, as to whether the jockey allowed the horse to run on it's merits, and the betting sheets impounded for forensic analysis, however, this is the ASX, there are no stewards, with ASIC.... anything goes, like the 70's and 80's when cops like Roger Rogerson gave crims the green light to rob banks
