szaba,.. For TOE to start mining operations they need the approvals and if/when TOE applies for an extension, they will still need to do some kind of substantial commencement work.. shallow or not.
I think its far to say most SH are tired of delaying this project and CR dilution, when we are in a bull Uranium run, all the SH are getting from this board are excuses and a real lack of focus on the Uranium projects,..
Go back to the announcement from 2017 to 2023 main focus was Gold, Gold, CR, Gold, Gold and yet another CR that failed to achieve anything, Then the main focus turn to Nickel, Nickel, CR, Nickel, Nickel and another CR.. Now its just Uranium delays and CR.
This company need a Uranium focus management team no more of this current boards Gold, Nickel and Uranium delays BS.
