szaba,.. To your comments about Uranium being shallow and TOE not wanting to clear the overburden to not expose parts of the recourse.
Wouldn't it be fair to say that the WA recourse minster would understand that point of view, and TOE could of fulfill its substantial commencement work in other ways like roads, telecommunication tower, works accommodation, office and part clear where the recourse is deeper..
VMY spend about $20m mostly clearing overburden, it would of only cost TOE $10m at best to fulfill its 5 year substantial commencement work obligations and gain its approvals..
