You may find this interesting, given the subject matter being tossed around re replacing directors.
Certainly on topic.
This guy became involved with some company that members of the Dupont family were on the board.
Pretty much milking it dry.
Realestate in Florida.
Instead of being about growing shareholder wealth, the focus was director wealth by this lot.
He became instrumental in getting rid of the board and becoming a director, getting others.
The company is now very wealthy with property all round north Florida. Huge growth area.
Also they have donated land for airports to be built.
