After being on the ESG forum and reading what you guys are posting there... yarrum2 on ESG forum mentioned the majors know whats out there (ESG BOW MEL).
The majors have a shortfall and perhaps salty's nose is right when he said "smells like it is a deliberate by a bigun" and picture mentioned that this pattern happened before the qgc and arrow takeover. If you have a look at the 1 month chart on ESG, BOW & MEL, they all follow a VERY similar pattern. My fingers are crossed that this downward share price is due to an upcoming takeover.
