Sure, all possible i guess. Im sure that's the story GEH will push, but the only way to push a project foward is with cash. There are a certain number of man hours of work to do, and you have to pay for the man hours, want it sooner, put more men on the job. GE corporate needs to believe and increase the funding to nuclear therefore, check out the nuclear funding ratios within ge over the past decade...... Nuclear doesnt impact their share price and that board of directors puts funds towards projects which deliver shareholder value....
