Meisos, do you mean buy it on market? Let's say they still need 4% to get to 50.1%. There are about 190M BON shares on issue. 4% of 190M is 7.6M shares. If they paid up to 10c per share that would cost them $760K. They would have to do it slowly otherwise the BON share price would be quickly pushed up above 10c. Right now buying 2M shares would push the price to 7.5c.
Technically there is nothing stooping them from buying 4% of the shares on market.
