Red, MAK the company doesn't have to buy the shares directly. They just get friends, family, trusts and so on to buy BON shares and accept the offer. Then they sell the MAK shares on the market. Agreement is if they make any money they keep it and if they lose then MAK will cover (all under the table of course).
