TC, you said your opinion is "they are hoarding news for the 15mill private float in Nth America/Canada and want to have BON as part of the brochure".
i. Hoarding material news would be a breach of their listing obligations.
ii. I don't understand why, if having BON is important to their presentation, they wouldn't get news out to push BON both over the line and well along the path to compulsory acquisition.
If they were following the path you suggest surely that would be prejudicing their own interests?
